Got a call and disconnected soon after first bell. I called back and heared recorded voice. Who the hell are they and why do they call??

I kept receiving this call today. finally, I answered. The wmn was looking for someone.I told her I dont know this person,then hungup. But it kept calling.I answered again told her not to call.
She said "It's regarding XXX ( someone's name ) illegal matters, you can not hangup my call...."

That's toooooooooooooooooo bad. This is my personal cell phone, I have the right to hangup every no# I dont want to answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She's a real pain in the @ss. I just moved here from the States, she called me 2 weeks after I arrived and informed me I had a debt of over 5k with Leons, I said I don't know anyone named Leon; she started to freak out!!!!!! I swore at her in my very best gutter tongue and she goes Oh nice do you talk to your children like that, I said no only you because I can't think of any better way to speak to the likes of you. She threatened me with all sorts, like calling and speaking with my neighbors calling my family and generally making my life miserable and trying with all her might to embarrass me in my new country. I guess it's different in Canada, but I know there are a certain degree of rights available to people and since I wasn't sure of what they are here,I took it into my own hands and told her, I would find out who she was and where she lived, take a picture of her and photo shop it with her fu*king a big donkey and make sure it was distributed around her neighborhood.  I informed her that I was nothing like anyone she's ever met and that as of today she better look over her shoulder regularly because I have the time and the money to reciprocate any threat she planned to act on.  I mean honestly, how the hell can she respond to something like that, LOL. I found the converstaion most entertaining because I had nothing to lose.
