I received a phone call from CONTACT RESOURSE SERVICES at (905) 855-5249 and spoke with a very rude and insulting individual claiming to be collecting for Citi-Financial. I have never had any contract or dealing with this company what so ever. The individual I spoke with made all kinds of ridiculous and false claims about this money I supposedly owed then claimed he would settle for an amount less than one third of what he initially claimed I owed. I asked to get it in writing so I could have evidence of the scam they were trying to pull but he refused. I stated that I wished to legally dispute the claim and that I wanted only to hear from the financial institution regarding any possible settlement and that all correspondence between CRS and myself should be by mail and that attempts to contact or harass third parties in this matter were to cease and desist. The response I got was threats and insults. I called back to speak with a manager and got even worse, more threats, insults, claims to ruin my life, harass any know work associates, and my mother. Really?............ My mother, a woman in her sixties. I was told he would not stop until he had shamed me publicly and personally and put me on the street, I tried to express my wishes for this harassment to cease and desist and was yelled at over and over repeatedly to drown out my request. What these people want, is to upset you, to elicit an emotion response or a threat that they can use against you.  What they are doing is criminal. They should be stopped.

Man calls us repeatedly from this number, raises his voice, yells at us, angry, threating to keep calling; about an unanmed legal matter supposedly. Wants us to give him more information, lies blatently, also insisting we are the person he's looking for. Very upsetting.

They used to call us until we finally laughed at them. They tried to argue, belittle and threaten us into paying a credit card bill We Never Had. We have never owned a credit card from the company they say they are claiming for. They aren't a collection agency. They are scammers plain and simple. Read previous posts made for information on who to contact about them/report them.Also, in the meantime, a good blast on a ref's whistle into the phone when they begin their insulting behavior seems to stop them from calling.

Called elderly father wanting his daughter's Birth Certificate.  He told them she died 2 yrs ago and gave Power of Attorny's phone no.  They hung up quickly and no one has heard from that no. since

they called me yesteray but I rejected the call, today 24 th called again but from a new number(905) 855-2261
