Several calls a day non stop even if you ask to stops calls excuse is its automated they call and call no mail for proof just phone calls i think that company should be under review for harrassement

SCUMMERS buy out hardworking peoples' debt from big companies and chase these people non-stop to recupe the investment - plus SCUMMERS try to scam the original total plus interest from people? ! There is no due-diligence on SCUMMERS part - just call after call after call after call. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call me several times a day, say that I owe money to a credit card I never had. Even got mail from them that I knew was garbage. Relentless bunch of scammers. Ignore Ignore Ignore. Block your number! They even managed to my work which is totally illegal. BUNCH OF ASS CLOWNS!!

Ever since we moved this past December and were given this new number we have been harassed by debt collectors....this (905) 671-4151 calls multiple times per day....I answer and a recording asks me to hold while they transfer me....I never get transferred....I hang up.....this goes on and on......please STOP!!!!! I am not who you are looking for.

Always get the agents name and license number. (write it down).

Say this:

Put this in my file. I dispute the charges. I suggest you take me to court. Now stop calling and writing to me.Unless you send me detailed proof of debt owing By registered mail.

company keeps asking for Jessica somebody but they have the wrong phone number and I have already asked them to stop calling me.

In the states there have been and are several class action law suits pending against collection agencies that cross the line - all it would take here is for everyone effected whether you owe money or not to start documenting the calls, recording them and documenting calls to extended family and work places.

Everyone falls behind in the bills once in a while that doesn't excuse the behaviour of collection agencies

These people are phoning me multiple times a day with a machine. When I answer the calls the machine transfers me to a full voicemail inbox that I can't use and it hangs up on me. If I try calling their number another machine answers and again another voicemail. I can't reach a human. They don't explain the purpose of their call or who they think I am or what they think I owe them. I had to Google their phone number to even know who they are.

Whoa, I am supposed to pay a collector for a debt that I can prove I paid? Again? Then they sell it to somebody else, again? And I have to pay, again?How is that my fault.You folks may not be telepathic, but when I tell you I have paid, can prove I paid (in a reasonable tone of voice) and that I will not be paying again, I do not deserve to be told to get a life, to pay my bills and that you will make my life a living hell until I do. I was sworn at, all because I said I would call back to make sure the issue had been cleared up.In future, I will be recording all calls with this organization to forward to the appropriate authorities, along with my proof of no debt. Ontario only requires one party to agree to be recorded, and I am sure that if I asked for the recording your company made, it will be swiftly erased. I did pay my bills. So drop off the face of the earth and get off my phone. Check your records. Get a real job. You reap what you sow. Stop trying to collect crap debts that were sold to you pennies on the dollar, but are not even really owed.I was treated like crap by YOU folks, and I owe NO money at all. I have no mortgage, no credit cards, no car. My bills are all current. I will say this much - if I actually owed money, I would never, ever pay a collector who treated me like that. I would pay the original owner of the debt before I dealt with a rude, threatening, lying person who says they are watching my house to arrest me for a debt of less than  $100. That won't fly. Sometimes you can actually draw flies with honey. Be nice, wouldya? Some of us are nice people.

I have had my phone # changed so many times because Rogers gives me recycled numbers. This time around I guess they gave me a number that belonged to some guy who owed this company money. I called them to tell me this was the wrong number and the B!%*H hung up on me. Miserable lives for miserable people. I like that idea about posting their number on Craigslist. Because of this bull...I hope they never get their money!

This number has called me a few times in the last few days at my cell phone number.  The thing is I had only given my cell number to ONE contact at ONE temp agency and these calls started that afternoon. When I answer, the 905 caller won't speak...just listens until I hang up. The timing shouts out identity theft.    

So I will be talking to the temp agency regarding possible misuse of my personal information as well contacting the credit reporting agencies to ensure my personal information is not compromised.

There really should be sound legislation and deterrents in place regarding shoddy collection agency or telemarketer practices.

Suggestion for this website. Could you add call type:  "Calls but does not speak".
