Several calls a day non stop even if you ask to stops calls excuse is its automated they call and call no mail for proof just phone calls i think that company should be under review for harrassement

SCUMMERS buy out hardworking peoples' debt from big companies and chase these people non-stop to recupe the investment - plus SCUMMERS try to scam the original total plus interest from people? ! There is no due-diligence on SCUMMERS part - just call after call after call after call. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call me several times a day, say that I owe money to a credit card I never had. Even got mail from them that I knew was garbage. Relentless bunch of scammers. Ignore Ignore Ignore. Block your number! They even managed to my work which is totally illegal. BUNCH OF ASS CLOWNS!!

Ever since we moved this past December and were given this new number we have been harassed by debt collectors....this (905) 671-4151 calls multiple times per day....I answer and a recording asks me to hold while they transfer me....I never get transferred....I hang up.....this goes on and on......please STOP!!!!! I am not who you are looking for.

Say this:

Put this in my file. I dispute the charges. I suggest you take me to court. Now stop calling and writing to me.Unless you send me detailed proof of debt owing By registered mail.

company keeps asking for Jessica somebody but they have the wrong phone number and I have already asked them to stop calling me.

I had the exact same experience with that "Josh" guy. He's as rude as they come and I can only hope that somehow, someone puts him in his place.

AMEN BROTHER!!!!!  As a debt collector we get treated like crap.  What most people dont understand is that most collectors are more than willing to work with your individual situation given the opportunity to do so.  We are not telepathic and do not have ESP.  We do not know that you lost your job or that you fell ill unless we are provided the information.  We, do not deserve to be belittled and degrated upon answering the phone.  Avoiding the calls or cussing out the collector will not resolve your debt.  Communicating with your creditors and coming to an amicable arrangement will.  Sometimes good people get into bad situations.  It is the professional debtors that attempt to avoid the debt until the statute of limitations is up.  "DEBT" is right, either pay your bills or go bankrupt.

Wow cry me a river... as a debt collector you don't really care about what people are saying since you only have your debt collection in mind... don't try to be the poor little victim here. There's many people that are trying their best to get out of debt for some situation that happened in their life... now maybe you're one of the polite one but on a scale of 10; 8 of you are not really that willing so stop it. One day if ever it happens to you to have a situation that you are really unable to pay, maybe you'll understand what the people are saying here.

After I finished my university I went through hard time trying to pay my due and stay on float until I get some Idiot from an agency trying to recover something even though I was saying that I need more time... that I would call them up as soon as I get a job (and I would have) but the dumb a** started with insults and all... is that a way to speak with someone? Is it... no and many many of you guys are very rude... so poor little victim that you are... cry me an ocean now! Actually both of you... normally i'd say you're just doing your job... but in the case of many collectors you're just bullying people.

Pay your bills they stop calling pretty fast, declare bankruptcy they stop calling pretty fast. and hey if you can handle 6 years of collection calls to your home and workplace, wait it out. I find it funny all of the accounts are settled out at a reduced rate, I help people save money- and I'm the A**hole, I take crap from people that put more effort into finding out how to not pay there bills then sourcing the money to be free of it- And I'm the A**hole? Stop acting like you are the victim in this situation, you took money and have taken 4 years to pay it back. The overall economy loses money and then we enter a recession, not because of the government, it's because your robbing the economy and then acting like it's there fault. If you can't afford to pay your bills declare bankruptcy, that is your due diligence, not the collectors. You don't think we know some of you are just trying to wait it out for 6 years even though your sitting there with the money thinking your some kind of king. Absolutely hilarious. In this situation you are a thief, no better then a common pick pocket, save for the fact that it was obtained in what is written as a legal way to do things. I hope one day someone borrows 20K from you and never pays it back...that is true karma. Yeah I have no PS Education, but at least at the end of the day I know my bills are paid. All I've seen in this whole forum is a bunch of whiners, pay your bills- or declare bankruptcy. If you can't afford either then God Bless You, I hope your situation gets better. However the next time you want to cuss someone out about this situation- Scream and yell at the mirror, because your the problem- not them.

they use many different numbers to hide from being charged for harassment. They are stupid. These American f***s need to get out of Canada. f*** all American companies. Die Americans die. Stupid f***s come into my country and harass me. I do list all numbers and dates and times so I can show proof of harassment. They are really stupid. by law we don't even have to pay this debt. The money never existed. There for no debt.

i got a call from mjr saying that i was a co-signer on a pay-day loan .. in 2009 butt i haven live in the province since 2006.... and man i call the payday lone store and they dont have me in the system for a lone ever my name dont even show up on file.....so mjr go too hell
