Several calls a day non stop even if you ask to stops calls excuse is its automated they call and call no mail for proof just phone calls i think that company should be under review for harrassement

SCUMMERS buy out hardworking peoples' debt from big companies and chase these people non-stop to recupe the investment - plus SCUMMERS try to scam the original total plus interest from people? ! There is no due-diligence on SCUMMERS part - just call after call after call after call. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call me several times a day, say that I owe money to a credit card I never had. Even got mail from them that I knew was garbage. Relentless bunch of scammers. Ignore Ignore Ignore. Block your number! They even managed to my work which is totally illegal. BUNCH OF ASS CLOWNS!!

Ever since we moved this past December and were given this new number we have been harassed by debt collectors....this (905) 671-4151 calls multiple times per day....I answer and a recording asks me to hold while they transfer me....I never get transferred....I hang up.....this goes on and on......please STOP!!!!! I am not who you are looking for.

Say this:

Put this in my file. I dispute the charges. I suggest you take me to court. Now stop calling and writing to me.Unless you send me detailed proof of debt owing By registered mail.

company keeps asking for Jessica somebody but they have the wrong phone number and I have already asked them to stop calling me.

Yes, I've had debts, unmanageable ones.  I've been screwed over by an employer, and could NOT collect employment insurance.  I could also not get a job, due to being "terminated with cause" (which was [***]: I was doing the job as trained, and PROPERLY, not cutting corners... which is apparently the way to do it at Convergys: Get the customer off the phone, who cares if you fix the problem, as Convergys was paied by the call)Anyways, year later, new job, and with the credit card company calling 5-6 times 6 days a week, they were told to cease and desist.  The calls would NOT stop even when payments and arrangements were made. "Oh, it takes 48-72 hours to update the system" [***].  I spoke to a manager for PC Financial, and he agreed that if there were any more calls, the rest of the debt (which, at that time was INTEREST) would be forfeit, in lieu of me bringing them to court.I got rid of my phone.  I ended up running into the person who got my old number about 3 months later.The collection agency MJR would NOT stop calling, and were outright lying to the guy.  They said that I had provided them the number.  The would not stop calling even tho he had told them it was not the right number. (I only found out he had the number cause I heard him shouting at the twit on the phone). Same-said company did NOT provide the LEGAL paperwork that must be sent 10 days prior to calling, either.MANY of these companies go to the lengths of CRIMINAL HARASSMENTAnyways... long story short: Collections agencies go out of their way to harass people, and that is a damned good way to get people to tell them to F**K off, and the hell with the debts, out of sheer frustration.  The don't give a damn that they also get the wrong contact information, and do NOT seem to give a damn about verifying it.

these c***s call with blocked number first, then from a listed number like (905) 671-4151they use many different numbers to hide from being charged for harassment. They are stupid. These American f***s need to get out of Canada. f*** all American companies. Die Americans die. Stupid f***s come into my country and harass me. I do list all numbers and dates and times so I can show proof of harassment. They are really stupid. by law we don't even have to pay this debt. The money never existed. There for no debt.

Pay your bills they stop calling pretty fast, declare bankruptcy they stop calling pretty fast. and hey if you can handle 6 years of collection calls to your home and workplace, wait it out. I find it funny all of the accounts are settled out at a reduced rate, I help people save money- and I'm the A**hole, I take crap from people that put more effort into finding out how to not pay there bills then sourcing the money to be free of it- And I'm the A**hole? Stop acting like you are the victim in this situation, you took money and have taken 4 years to pay it back. The overall economy loses money and then we enter a recession, not because of the government, it's because your robbing the economy and then acting like it's there fault. If you can't afford to pay your bills declare bankruptcy, that is your due diligence, not the collectors. You don't think we know some of you are just trying to wait it out for 6 years even though your sitting there with the money thinking your some kind of king. Absolutely hilarious. In this situation you are a thief, no better then a common pick pocket, save for the fact that it was obtained in what is written as a legal way to do things. I hope one day someone borrows 20K from you and never pays it back...that is true karma. Yeah I have no PS Education, but at least at the end of the day I know my bills are paid. All I've seen in this whole forum is a bunch of whiners, pay your bills- or declare bankruptcy. If you can't afford either then God Bless You, I hope your situation gets better. However the next time you want to cuss someone out about this situation- Scream and yell at the mirror, because your the problem- not them.

I just got harassed again by someone from this company called "scamique?" Or at least it sure sounded like it.  I hung up on her cause she was prying for information to scam me.  legit companies aren't rude and yell when you refuse to give them your personal info and call with UNBLOCKED NUMBERS..  She called me multiple times after I hung up and left her contact info on my voicemail after:@ urggggg this b!tch doesn't know when to stop, she actually has the balls, which I mean literally cause she's very manly on the telephone.. Her contact info is 1-+1 877-669-4935 x 528. Pleaseeeee call her multiple times, leave her numerous nasty messages and give her what she deserves! You are a complete loser! ?How can you sit there and write and rant and tell someone to get a job???  You don't know their situation.  You think you might.  Do you know me???  Didn't think so!  I am a hard working honest individual that at one time before the economy took a dump, grossed over $450,000 a year.  Now I am on the verge of bankruptcy.  At one time I was everyone's best friend, cause I had money.  Now that I am broke, and not because of any fault of mine I am treated like a low life thats avoiding paying the bills I once paid in full.  The line of work I have been in for the past fifteen years has taken a big hit, and I am trying to retrain for something else, but I am so broke that might not get to happen.  So I suggest you get off your high horse, and stop telling others what to do until you fully understand the circumstances surrounding why they can't pay their bills.  And yes, I am employed and still don't make enough to cover the debt I am in.  Have a nice life Mr. Get a Job!!!

Look into a Class Action Law Suit against MJR Collections - There are two law firms in the Toronto area and another in Hamilton that specialize in Class Actions law suits.

MJR Collections routinlely crosses the line maybe it's time they were sued instead.
