Several calls a day non stop even if you ask to stops calls excuse is its automated they call and call no mail for proof just phone calls i think that company should be under review for harrassement

SCUMMERS buy out hardworking peoples' debt from big companies and chase these people non-stop to recupe the investment - plus SCUMMERS try to scam the original total plus interest from people? ! There is no due-diligence on SCUMMERS part - just call after call after call after call. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call me several times a day, say that I owe money to a credit card I never had. Even got mail from them that I knew was garbage. Relentless bunch of scammers. Ignore Ignore Ignore. Block your number! They even managed to my work which is totally illegal. BUNCH OF ASS CLOWNS!!

Ever since we moved this past December and were given this new number we have been harassed by debt collectors....this (905) 671-4151 calls multiple times per day....I answer and a recording asks me to hold while they transfer me....I never get transferred....I hang up.....this goes on and on......please STOP!!!!! I am not who you are looking for.

Say this:

Put this in my file. I dispute the charges. I suggest you take me to court. Now stop calling and writing to me.Unless you send me detailed proof of debt owing By registered mail.

company keeps asking for Jessica somebody but they have the wrong phone number and I have already asked them to stop calling me.

Around 15 times a day I get a call from these guys.. They first try the standard numbers, then switch to a private blocked number. It's a back and forth thing they do. Sometimes they start calling me a searly as 750am. Now I was inbetween jobs but now have a stable job and enough money to play catch-up with the utility companies before dishing out other monies to other people. Now they're sending me text messages to call them. Is that not illegal?Even if I had the money to pay, I just had my wife's funeral 2 weeks ago so there won't be money to give.They haven't even sent me documents by mail to inform me of anything so they might as well take this as a loss to whatever company they represent and themselves and write me off.

I talked to the brother of a collection agent (brother who spilled all was a salesman for Bell!) who told exactly how they work. I went to court and when I brought up the fact that this "lawyer" was not working on behalf of the debtor but had actually BOUGHT the debt the reaction from both - the Lawyer presiding in small claims and the lawyer trying to collect said - "it is illegal to buy debt" - where have they been for the last 1000+ years!?
Recently I obtained a document from an aquaintance and the collector stated "recently we PURCHASED your debt from xyz collection card co." - thank you - if I ever have to return to court I will reference this and bring a copy for the judge!
As Jake said, they are trying to push your buttons and even though it is annoying - have a laugh at their expense - I learned it can be a hoot and you will feel better!
Don't take that s... from anyoe!

Pay your bills they stop calling pretty fast, declare bankruptcy they stop calling pretty fast. and hey if you can handle 6 years of collection calls to your home and workplace, wait it out. I find it funny all of the accounts are settled out at a reduced rate, I help people save money- and I'm the A**hole, I take crap from people that put more effort into finding out how to not pay there bills then sourcing the money to be free of it- And I'm the A**hole? Stop acting like you are the victim in this situation, you took money and have taken 4 years to pay it back. The overall economy loses money and then we enter a recession, not because of the government, it's because your robbing the economy and then acting like it's there fault. If you can't afford to pay your bills declare bankruptcy, that is your due diligence, not the collectors. You don't think we know some of you are just trying to wait it out for 6 years even though your sitting there with the money thinking your some kind of king. Absolutely hilarious. In this situation you are a thief, no better then a common pick pocket, save for the fact that it was obtained in what is written as a legal way to do things. I hope one day someone borrows 20K from you and never pays it back...that is true karma. Yeah I have no PS Education, but at least at the end of the day I know my bills are paid. All I've seen in this whole forum is a bunch of whiners, pay your bills- or declare bankruptcy. If you can't afford either then God Bless You, I hope your situation gets better. However the next time you want to cuss someone out about this situation- Scream and yell at the mirror, because your the problem- not them.Thank You.

these c***s call with blocked number first, then from a listed number like (905) 671-4151they use many different numbers to hide from being charged for harassment. They are stupid. These American f***s need to get out of Canada. f*** all American companies. Die Americans die. Stupid f***s come into my country and harass me. I do list all numbers and dates and times so I can show proof of harassment. They are really stupid. by law we don't even have to pay this debt. The money never existed. There for no debt.
