Several calls a day non stop even if you ask to stops calls excuse is its automated they call and call no mail for proof just phone calls i think that company should be under review for harrassement

SCUMMERS buy out hardworking peoples' debt from big companies and chase these people non-stop to recupe the investment - plus SCUMMERS try to scam the original total plus interest from people? ! There is no due-diligence on SCUMMERS part - just call after call after call after call. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call me several times a day, say that I owe money to a credit card I never had. Even got mail from them that I knew was garbage. Relentless bunch of scammers. Ignore Ignore Ignore. Block your number! They even managed to my work which is totally illegal. BUNCH OF ASS CLOWNS!!

Ever since we moved this past December and were given this new number we have been harassed by debt collectors....this (905) 671-4151 calls multiple times per day....I answer and a recording asks me to hold while they transfer me....I never get transferred....I hang up.....this goes on and on......please STOP!!!!! I am not who you are looking for.

Always get the agents name and license number. (write it down).

Say this:

Put this in my file. I dispute the charges. I suggest you take me to court. Now stop calling and writing to me.Unless you send me detailed proof of debt owing By registered mail.

company keeps asking for Jessica somebody but they have the wrong phone number and I have already asked them to stop calling me.

Please stop calling my home 3 times a day.

In Ontario, the SOL is 2 years from the last payment on open credit (contact with original creditor).

This company has never called me, nor have I received mail from them, however my bank gave me their phone number. Some of the funds in my bank account have been put on hold. I do not know who I owe the money too and I have not had any loans or credit cards in over 10 years. Can anyone tell me who mjr collects for ?I do know that I owe money on a fine, however the amount of funds in my bank account that are on hold is considerably less than the fine amount.I still have available funds in my account so I cannot figure it out. Also, my funds are on hold, not taken. Will this company eventually take my money ?I called the number and only get an answering machine on the extension number I have, I am most certainly am not going to leave a message with my phone number lol....I would apparently be harrassed non-stop if I did !

This has to be the same person that I spoke with...  when I tried to explain why there was an outstanding debt, the fact that one of the major banks accidentally put through some rent cheques totaling $2600 that I had written for my ex husband over a year earlier when he was not yet my "ex".  I was newly separated at the time when these cheques were processed (I had just found out my husband had also lost our family home ( an out of town property we owned but leased out do to the husband's job relocation) by not making payments and buying cocaine and alcohol and paying for hotels for him and his girlfriend instead, left alone with 4 children, a stay at home mom for 15 years and not a penny support from my dear sweet ex husband.  We were nearly starving, alone in a strange town and I was in the process of applying for Ontario Works.  I had not more than $10 in my account yet the bank put these cheques through and payed them out instead of doing the usual NSF.  Never had I applyed for or been approved for an overdraft or signed for one.  Yes my mistake for not putting stop payments on them but at the time I had much greater worries than to remember that.   I will gladly pay the bank their $80 NSF fee.
Anyhow, upon explaining this to the idiot  who called, he asked me what I had done to make my ex husband turn to alcohol, coke and other women... "men don't just do this overnight, they are driven there by wives who drive them crazy and don't put out!!! " I was stunned!!!  When I told him I would contact a lawyer about this, his response was, "That's what white trailer trash like you always do, hire lawyers instead of pay your debts..."  Then he closed with "I suggest that maybe u ask a boyfriend or whoever it is you are sleeping with now for some money to clear this up."  I was sick to my stomach.  I couldn't stop crying for hours,  and was unable to sleep for several nights because of it.  When they call now, I blow a Fox Whistle, that I now make a point of carrying with me, in my phone so loud I blast their ear drum then hang up.  

I would love to see these cold, cruel, heartless monsters taken down by the law and made an example of.

I keep getting calls from this number. When I actually feel like waiting on the line to speak to someone, I'm either put on hold for a long period of time (I eventually hang up), or I'm transferred to a voicemail box that asks me for my account information. I don't have any debt. At all. I've emailed all three email addresses provided above, and am intent on faxing them another letter telling them to stop. I don't foresee this working, but it's worth a shot.

As a bill collector for a collection agency, you are truly a parasite! I am one of those people who have tried to negotiate a way to pay the money I owe, the agencies that are calling me are unresponsive, rude, aggressive, hostile and a host of other words I would prefer not to express.The situation with a lot of people is easy credit from the banks (the real issue). Not that the people mean to spend beyond their situation, but they do. Sometimes it can be a change in job circumstance (my issue), sometimes it is a health issue, sometimes it is just the darn economy.Stop judging people. Credit card companies charge 20% plus to cover off on the "unsecured" nature of the money they lend. They know the game... and are willing to accept the risk of someone not paying.As far as Collection Agencies... I've learned a lot in how to deal with people that how a lack of morals (I get it you have kids to feed as well). If you don't want to be treated like [***] in your job, get a job whereby you are not propagating predatory behaviour. I urge anyone in the situation of being harassed by a credit and collections agency to write to them and use the terminology "Cease and Desist" along with a mailing address where the agency can send you things by mail. They will stop calling. Go on the internet and learn your rights under the law and remind the Collection Agency to abide by the same laws they purport to be following.I don't support doing mean things, but I must say I laughed regarding putting ads in auto trader or something for a value car, or other things.. including signing them up for junk mail...
