I think this might be the reason for the strange calls...sorry if this seems a little long for an explanation.Just received the call yesterday and noticed other websites complaining about this number.  I did some research using Canada 411 to reveal this is an actual company.  They sell various communication services, ie Internet Access, Home Phone Lines and Long Distance.  This is all related to using your Internet for communication or VOIP.  Ironic the postings all have the same problems with few actually speaking to a live person, but mostly hearing them without a response.  I believe their poor telephone communication systems is the problem (VOIP is irratic) and not a mysterious stalker.  The caller is always identified with "World Link + #"  This might be telemarketer caller ID#.  I listed their details below as the info. seems to match or you could perform your own research to help us all out.  Hope this helps!World Link Communications Inc340 Ferrier Street, Markham, ON L3R 2Z5Telephone : (905) 513-3080 www.wlink.ca

this number call again, i did not answer it cause i believe it is some kind of telemarketing.. is there anyway to stop these telemarketer..
