Did anyone get a call from Canada Revenue from this number asking to verify the first 3 digits of SIN number? (905) 430-2860

Received a call and missed it, i called it back as the caller ID said revenue Canada agency. woman answered and had my information and asked to verify my application for the HST in Sask. for my construction company. I stated that I didn't have any connection for business in Sask. she asked me for three digits of my SIN, as I thought she was legit i gave it to her, she then read back my entire SIN to me and then told me she had to do additional research and would call back. she called back within an hour and told me that she had made a clerical error and that i had nothing to be concerned with and apologized. I called her back and got an answering message that states she is with CRA business registry office in Sudbury Ont. I now have credit watch and am monitoring my identity :(
