Nothing, just hangs up

someone calls from 1-(905) 370-0460 and hangs up when i answer.
I guess some people have nothing better to do except bothering others.
Or this might be some kind of revenge from every human being he or she wants to get.

This number calls me frequently - each time I call back it's busy!

Phone (905) 370-0460 (by *69) called at 7:50pm, Mar 31, 2008, advertising HouseCapades.com with a pre-recorded message, and quoting (416) 840-6938. (if I wanted to sell my house..etc).The White Pages for Toronto, pg 25, for 2006-08, says:------------------Automatic dialing-announcing devices (ADAD) can store or produce telephone numbers to be called and deliver either a pre-recorded or synthesized voice message.The use of ADAD's to make calls for the purpose of solicitation is prohibited.------------------The CRTC regulations about ADAD's can be seen at:http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/INFO_SHT/t1022.htm

Repeatedly get calls from this number...answer usually on first or second ring. No one is there...dead air for a few seconds and then disconnect.Its a long distance for us and is unlisted. Very irritating especially if you are expecting a call. It is obviously not simply a wrong number and therefore there should be some onus upon the supplier to de-activate the number...it's being misused.
