Caller ID said Ontario call.

Don't answer the phone and turn your ringers off.  Anyone you want to speak to will leave a message.  By picking up the phone, you validate the number and the fact that you are available to pick up.  Why waste your time.  If you expect your government to handle this, then you are truly wasting your time.  
Do Not Call List is a joke and the FCC does not follow up on your complaints.

Some one for this number calls and will not let a message?(905) 333-0000I have a message on my anserwing system for them to take me off their call Do Not Call Llist I am on the National Do Not Call list ?but they keep calling?When is the phone company going to stop these calls I have askedthem to check it out...and block all these calls from reaching my phonenumber. but they will not ?? I asked for more blocking spaces and theysaid no to that...How can I stop these call if they will not help me??

Phony credit card ad.  I told the operator she had called a do-not-call number and that I would report it.  She replied "F*ck you, b*tch" and hung up.

Called me this afternoon 6/20/2012.  It looked like a spoof number so I did not answer it.  Rang three times.  If I don't know who is calling, I don't answer.
