Most are on a auto-dialer soft ware. If you pick-up, one of three things will happen. 1# The call will activate a prerecorded message with options. 2# The call will transfer you to a live tentative agent for info to scam. 3# At worst steal your info / phone time / contacts or is another scam all together, by means of threats, this is a techneque marketers use.

BUY!! ....up unresolved or archived debts from companies in a bulk list for a minimal purchase.This list maybe outdated or even been resolved and not registered as cleared regardless of time span..Then charge what the cost is / was and the agents fee to you.
