According to information I found on another website,"Phone number: (905) 267-1263 is located in Cooksville, Ontario. Its exchange 267 is managed by CALL-NET COMMUNICATIONS. The number is currently on switch number COOKON73713 (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists)."CALL-NET was bought out by Rogers, so it seems that whoever is using this number is one of their customers.

They called my unlisted number so I assume they dialed sequentially which is ILLEGAL so DON'T TRUST THEM.
