Please will someone do something about this annoying phone call

Usually doesn't speak and hangs up after I say "hello, hello". Today when I answered they asked for me by my first name (female) then hung up.

YUP,... they keep calling me too.... getting a tad bit annoyed now.
Nobody speaks...they hang up... makes no sense.

no one replies/ has called several times now.

I'm sending a nuclear warheads to the idiot that keeps calling. f*ck you!!!!!!!

If they phone why don't they pu.and have the guts to answer.

How do they get around the National Do Not Call list? Also if they call daily or that and never answer, I wonder if they can be charged with harrassment?
