Charged $2.99 for Feb.14th and Feb.16th by Shaw. I did not make or receive any calls Shaw claims I Did!! They are helping the scanner

I was charged $2.99 on my Rogers bill for March 2014. The charge claims to be a ?Directory Assistance? from ?Triton Globe Calls? (Phone # (873) 888-1000). It is an obvious fraud action. I called Rogers and complained about the bogus charge but they refuse to reverse the charge. Is Rogers collaborating with scammers !?
