I just received my monthly bill from BELL charging me for two calls that I have not made.
The # is ON (807) 788-1246 - Triton Global - Assist-ann= $7.78 plus tax.
I'll call Bell Canada tomorrow

I was charged $3.49 for a third party long distance provider call through Triton Global.  I called Shaw and questioned the charges, and they told me when you call the U.S. for anything (Amazon, Keurig, etc), if they call you back...it may be using the 3rd party number.  Shaw also told me to call them and put my phone on their blocked phone number list, which I did with no problem.  The phone number for Global Tritan (they answer National something or other, but it is Triton)  is  1-+1 866-340-4990.

amount of 3.83  showed up on our phone bill when I talked to SaskTel they said because it was operated assit that we must have said yes to the charges to our number  but we didn't   I was able to get them to  credit   my bill  they said they would not do it again   we shall see

Well, my experience with this number is different than all the other ones I am reading on various sites. i see hundreds of people were charged $2.99 even though they didn't call this number. A Red Cross canvasser came to my door and gave his charity pitch, then asked if he did a good job, and if he did, would I please call  a toll free number that was printed on a Red Cross bookmark he gave me, and tel them he did a good job. I called the toll free number, and got a recording that this phone number was changed to (807) 788-1246. So I called that and got put on hold, and hung up. I'm not going to ring up minutes on a phone number that isn't free. Then I thought I'd come look it up. It looks as if I need to call my phone company because I'll be charged $2.99 like everyone else who reported.
