Called me, no VM and I called back and it does not work. Must be spam.

I also got a phone call yesterday, on my cellphone based in Ottawa, Canada. I sent it to voicemail. Then i tried to call it back with Skype. It said that it was a invalid phone number

Same I had won 100000 air miles... I didnt press one... I knew it was a scam as soon as the message said "Dear Valued Air miles customer" (I've never had an air miles card in my life)... I'm in Toronto

Just got the call too. Came up as an Alberta number. didn't bother answering

Got a call from (780) 947-8989 at 630pm Dec 1/10.  I did not answer it nor was there a message left.  Thanks for the notices about this number... I am in Edmonton.

I got a call from that stupid supposed costco rep. I have never shopped at costco and don't have a membership. I'm in vancouver area on a fido number. I think rogers/fido sells your info. it happens most on those carriers. friends of mine with bell and telus don't get them.  I also got calls fom news paper companies wanting to sell subscriptions.  this is bull s***,  we need to all tell our cell providers we will switch to another company if they don't put a stop to theses calls. do it today!! call your cell provider at (611 on most cells) and say you want to switch companies if they don't stop it. I did yesterday.
