This number called my wife's CELL phone, and some wman scolded my wife for calling 9-11! She never did any such thing! When I called he number (1-(780) 944-3734) I could not get through.

Yes it is exactly what happened to me. A woman called my wife's cell and said that some called 911. Nobody called 911 at all. She didn't ask for any personal information. I need to know what was the purpose for her call.
