Jokers called, asking to change telephone service - first time they called, multiple call times later after, did not answer then a few seconds later they call back with unregd, private number trying you to pick up, its literally a few seconds later. Theyre idiots!I guess people are adding these no. to their telephone block out list -  so thats why they try the private / unregistered number after.For the loosers out there get off your f**ing indian lazy a***s and either (a). Get a job like the rest of us Canadians. or  (b) F***k off back to india!You are doing a great job for country relations!Regards Mr X

So, I got a call from (780) 702-7489 last night around midnight. I didnt answer. I'm an Aussie in Canada at the moment but reading the other posts, we calls like back home to. They ask you to provide them with remote access to your PC. Don't do it! SCAM. Love coming over here.

I live in Edmonton and the caller called me at Midnight 1:07 AM. This is complete harassment~!

After reading the last few messages here, I received a call from this number last week. He too said it was to do with an error message on my computer. I flat out asked him what he planned on doing with my money once he hacked in to my bank account after stealing my information? He said, "Ah, yes maam." and then I hung up. They just called again and when I said hello, it was dead. Called three times within minutes of each call.

We got called couple of days ago by a company calling itself Live PC solutions,and trying to tell us that they were affiliated to Microsoft and that our computer was going to crash because of all the error messages that they had detected (yeah right!) so anyway my wife answered the call and told them I was out.  persistant litlle B****rs called back a couple more times until tthey eventually got me and I called their bluff  by keeping them asking lots of questions until eventually threy gave up saying they'd call back.  So I googled the company and this is a SCAM - pretty much world wide by the looks of it. As I suspected they have been scaring unwitting people and getting them to start-up their computer and undertake some form of access - I belive in some cases they may have taken remote control, oh and of course they get you to pay by credit card the voice(s) were East Asian, I would think, and they claimed to be located in Toronto (where it would have been 1230 am BTW); web search revals that they have used various other locations such as Brooklyn and UK.
