I just went OFF on this guy. Not sure of his supposed company name as his accent was so thick. However, his scam was to tell me that my windows computer was infected with a bad file and that he'd walk me through fixing it. He read from a script and told tried to scare me with all sorts of 'bad things' that were happening to my computer.I asked how he got my name and knew that I had a bad file on my computer. He said their center had been alerted to it so they were reaching out to me to help fix it. All I needed to do was log into my computer and do what he told me to do. Um, I don't think so buddy. And by the way, I don't use a Windows-based computer. He got agitated with me. And, I got agitated with him. I gave him a few profanity laced (sorry, hadn't had lunch yet) thoughts about his scam and then I hung up.

Actually...I just got a call from this number too and the man sounded like he was white (COCKasian) and last week it was a white a** swell....so stop hating on brown people you dumb trailer trash!

keep getting a call from (780) 702-7489 who is this ??.... there are thousands of complaints about this numbe ...why can't phone company stop these calls if they are not wanted by so many people....

there are thousands of complaints about this numbe ...why can't phone company stop these calls if they are not wanted by so many people....
