I received a call from this number, but oddly in the name field was another number which could be traced to Nigeria.  Think this phone number is being used for some purpose that is not good.Also, be aware that area code 780 is northern Alberta, Canada.

I don't know if it's a scam or not - but I've found most "780" #s are for donations.  I've stopped answering them.

keep getting  a call from (780) 702-7489 who is this ??....
there are thousands of complaints about this numbe ...why can't phone company stop these calls if they are not wanted by so many people....

I live in Edmonton and the caller called me at Midnight 1:07 AM. This is complete harassment~!

This number called me twice this week.  Once at 1 am and today at 6 am.  I answered at 1 am and there was a man with an Asian accent asking for Jessica.  He wouldn't let up when I kept telling him "you have the wrong number" and finally he said, "I will call back later.  I guess you were sleeping"  Yes,  I was, a-hole - it's 1 am!!  I am in SK, so if this is an AB number, wouldn't that mean he called me at midnight or so his time?  He didn't get a chance to ask me for info because I kept telling him not to call back.

Have had 2 calls so far from this number. Heavy accented male says he's from the Windows department, and that I had a problem with my Windows. So I decided to have a bit of fun with him and play completely dumb - pretended I thought he was talking about the windows in my house. I kept going on and on about how it's February and it's a bad time of year to fixing windows because the house will get very cold. He tried saying he needed access to my "online windows" and I said why can't he use the door like everyone else? I said in Canada we generally don't climb into our houses through the windows; only the burglars do that - and then I asked him if HE was a burglar. He hung up on me!!
