Just got a call from that number too, and they didn't leave a msg either.

I receive a call on my business line from (780) 702-3021.  I know its them right away, because she tries to get real familiar at the start of conversation( Like we're friends). Lot of giggling involved from caller.  When I say "oh its you again" she asks have I called you before? I reply yes, and please remove my # off your list she quickly hangs up.  I'm sure I'll get a call again.  Thinking I'll have a pre recorded message especially made for her.

I have had this call every year also and she tried to  get really friendly even to the point of flirting and then carries on about how sexy she is and how 100 dollars would be nothing for my company to give. She entertained for about 10 minutes each call for the last two years but I always end it in saying NOOOOO can't do it...or I already do enough for local charity I don't care about some charity in Alberta that I don't even think is real!!b scam scam scam but funny when she tries every year. Just checked my phone and saw this number has called it is funny now to read all the information here hope this helps others being hasseled.

Just got a call from this same number. ? They 'knew' the owner of our business and they said that they were calling about some childrens mag. and it was for some community work.   Did not pass them to the owner but it was odd because when they were informed that the owner was out of town then we were asked why someone else there was not put in charge.   Did not hear just what the name of the company was.    SCAM and the reason I say this is, if you call back to the company you get the same 'no one is available' message.   If they were a respected charity etc. then they would take a call.
