They call daily but I just get a hang-up whenever I answer. There was only once where there was a recorded French message (I do live in Quebec), but my French is quite poor and I couldn't catch everything. I owe no money to anyone, anywhere, so I think it's just a scam.

I keep getting this number showing up on my mobile phone

found this on my call display but there was an automated message saying to call back +1 866-463-9161 and gave me a reference number. sounds like a collection call but no idea who it is because I dont owe any debt.
