Received a check for $4,850 drawn on Citibank, N.A. and called Allen Newman at 1-(778) 989-1084.
Was told that the chk from ITL USA LTD represented a partial payment on $450,000 won in a
sweepstakes. I was told to deposit it and call back. I would then receive a certified check by courier
after a processing fee of $4,100.
How do I determine if this is a scam or for real?
