In a 2 week period I got about 15 voice mails from this number. I was charged over $100 for checking my voice mails. This is some kind of scam on Telus. Do not check voice mails.

Received a call on November 5th (Thursday) at 1:35pm and the voicemail message is 52 seconds long. Received a second one at 1:36pm and that voicemail is 2 minutes and 20 seconds long. Still learning how to use my phone and since I have now looked up this number - a Telus scam number - I won't bother with the voicemails. I'm with Koodo. Sounds like they want access to your phone or voicemail info. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number or if there is no name showing.

I find (778) 581-4001/">(778) 581-4001 this number in my detail of billing in my monthly statements.Calling Koodo and talking to an Agent there, I was informed that this number appeared when I checked on my Voice Mails, to see if anyone called and left a message.I feel that this is total nonsense and is a misunderstanding.
