I too have received similar rudeness and unprofessionalism when trying to contact this business to have my name removed from their calling list.  To date I am still receiving these extremely annoying,iritating and unsettling unsolicited calls.  The "receptionist" that sounds exactly like "Anna" on the recordings has been rude, made false claims about me and acts in a truly unprofessional manner.  This business is not a legally registered business in Ontario, and I have not had any success in getting this number blocked from my phone as they use vaious different phone numbers!!  DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH MCTAVISH LOGISTICS aka THE MOVING COMPANY - they are truly something to be wary of.

I just called and got a someone and asked very politly to have my number removed and he took my number without any problem, we will have to see if it stops now.

Now its YYZ moving Company, they call almost daily and we did get to speak to "Anna" and she told us to go ahead and submit a complaint-with the attitude that we were annoying her!

this call is from McTavish Logistics, or Anna, stupid cow calls me daily and leaves those stupid messages regarding moving costs....

I have had calls from the same company for years with a call back number of (647) 430-0696.  I've asked several times to be removed.  I called today and spoke with Anna.  When I told her this is the eighth time in less than 6 months that I've been called, she told me to take a valium and chill out!  When I replied, "Are you f***ing kidding me?!", she told me to watch my language and she hung up on me!  I called right back and she did a pick-up and hang-up.  I called again and she picked up and didn't answer.  I could hear office-type noises in the background.  I eventually hung up.  When I called a third time, I got the answering machine and left a message saying I had reported them to the Better Business Bureau.  Immediately I got a call from them back and I turned off my answering machine and let it ring.  They tried two more times, once for 6 minutes of ringing, but I didn't answer.  The call display said (905) 907-3992.  When I called Bell to complain, the lady I spoke with has had several complaints about the same company.  She said that a simple request to remove your number is met with rudeness and it quickly escalates to verbal abuse.  Yep!  Anyway, she suggested I contact the Canadian Marketing Association...
