Originally received call from (416) 640-3489.  When I called the number back, it said I had reached a legitimate market research company at (647) 260-1736.  Tried to look that number up and came up empty-handed.  I am on the Canadian "Do Not Call" list but it unfortunately doesn't govern calls generated outside Canada so it's pretty much useless and another waste of taxpayers money...
