If the authorities are not able to do anything against these idiots, nor the Bell, what can we do?I already stopped responding to 800 numbers, now they're coming up with legitimate look alike ones.  I figured the best is to pick the phone up and immediately hang up so they can't count as a call, becausethey cannot reach the answering machine.I'd like to know what is the best do.
