some one calling  our number many times per day. We elderly people live in our house . This call annoy us and make us sick . Please stop to call us. thank you

Why are they calling at 9:04 pm when the law states they should only call me between 7am - 8 pm, I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They also called me an additional 8 times that same day when I wasn't home 3:40 pm, 1:24 pm, 1:00 pm, 12:46 pm, 12:10 pm, 11:37 am, 11:08 am, 10:37am...my call display will only stores the last 10 numbers that called and with my step father in the hospital out of province, I would not see his number when he or the hospital calls :-/ yes unfortunately I'm a month behind my last payment, but I already told them that I'm on EI and trying to keep up with paying my Rent, Power bill and Rogers till I can get another job and also seeking counseling with a financial adviser on Dec.16th. for my 2nd meeting.

This phone number started called me last night at 11:20 PM and called repeatedly every 15 minutes until after 1am when I finally got out of bed and took the phone off the hook. I have an answering machine yet they just hang up without leaving a message and call back. I see today they have called again several times, and I have several hang-ups on my answering machine.
I have NO IDEA why they are calling this number............
