same here. I set our answering machine to 2 rings, and pick up only people with ID whom I know. Too bad if someone unknown really needs to talk with me. I work from home and have to give out my cell as contact number, and even so, for them to TEXT me. Because my cell receives  some calls for which i have to pay $2 each, even if I do not talk !  Hve been told to text them with the word 'stop'. But until then I already paid $ 14  that month.

I took your advice Renee and call the MBNA phone 1-+1 866-845-0980.  They were really accommadating when I asked to be removed from the call list.  The (613) 907-2515 is a telemarketing company. Due to new privacy laws, the company must comply with your request to be removed from their call list within the  31 days.  It use to take 30 to 90 days from your phone number to be remove from these lists.

I also got this annoying calls several times. I should've blocked it.

I've been getting calls two to three times a week from this number, usually during business hours when I'm at work.  If the above posters are right and this  is MBNA, then I guess MBNA doesn't follow their own privacy policy.
