1-(613) 686-3495 is ARC (Accounts Recovery Company) a west coast canada bunch of bottom-feeders whoown over 100 numbers; (i like to use the old english pronounciation, *A**** Company); they have beencalling me for over seven years, over an account that they bought up from *other* bottom feeders, whichwas assumed in a pre-2000 bankruptcy. Although they have been told this when I first answered their callin 2004, they don't get it. So, if you call someone and they don't answer for over most of a decade, whatexactly is it that you expect to gain by calling and calling and calling and calling year in and year out? I'llbe worm food and whoever gets my number will have to deal with them. One can only hope this costs theidiots some $ somehow.
