caller was from HP Help desk.  When they called the second time guy from India left a voicemail.

keep getting a phone call from (613) 270-4420 who announced themselves as a Bell tech rep...  But I have nothing at Bell. Must be a cheater.

I think this is a genuine link to a support centre in India. Bell promised a call back on a support issue and this was the number that called me.

Scammer or something, pretending to work with Bell, I did not have the chance to talk long enough with him, he hung up when he saw I was getting suspicious.
