I have done some research into this matter over the last little while and found this site that tells everyone about these numbers and whom they are owned by.  http://www.reversecanadalookup.com/604-998-4xxxAll numbers with those digits are owned by the same company,....MTS Allstream.They are based out of Manitoba and their contact number is as follows:Allstream, Business Customer Care1-+1 888-288-2273Feel free to call them.  I have put myself on the Do Not Call registry at https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-eng and suggest everyone do the same.  It appears they might make phone calls for multiple companies.
