Great store if you want crap first sold me defective scooter that caught on fire.Now they say on their website it says they have a full service repair shop and asked if they can fix my scooter and they can not and will not cover any warranty. Said I was a dirty Hindu and I broke it.

Bought a scooter from cit-e-cycle and it only lasted two weeks before breaking down. The electrical wires melted together and the harness melted. Brought it back and they will not even cover this under warranty. Motorino model paid huge money and it is a piece of garbage. Said it was my fault.what a load of garbage. I was stung with this lemon scooter Mark sold me. Warning never ever go to cit-e cycles in Surrey they are really bad people. Pass this on to all your friends spread the word these guys are the worst ripping of an old retired man like me. Dam it I used all my savings for this garbage bike and look no warranty and was told to suck it up and quit crying by the owner of City-E Cycle. Very poor shop to deal with.

Bought a Ebike from cit-e cycles in Surrey.A motorino model.What a joke the electric motor stopped working after 2 days of driving.When I returned to get it checked out and under warranty this guy Mark told me I must have driven it hard.What a joke.When I wanted to see the manager **** and he told me to leave and forced me out of the store while pointing a can of bear mace at me.Told me that I was a dumb raghead hindu and swore at me.Told me to go cry to some one that cares.And said all hindus are scammers and dumb. Told me warranty would not cover the damage.Do not trust these guys.Brought the ebike into an other dealer and they told me the was not wired up properly and the whole bike was poorly assembled.What ever $300 later I am on the road.Also found out it was a factory refurbished model that was damaged and shipped to B.C.Every thing you was told about this place & the sales people is true here.These guys are the worst.MARK is a criminal....truly a low life scum bag.

This company sold me some batteries that did not last a month. Now i am told they are alarm styled batteries and are not designed for scooters/mark moore lie's and is a cheat. Will not return my money and told me sorry buyer beware. What an [***] hole buyer beware i trusted him to be honest and this is the payment i get in return. I am warning every one stay away from these crooks and con artists. Cit=e=cycles should be reported for fraud.

This guy sold me a motorino and it could not even make it up king george hwy. This bike is a pos and it shakes and does not travel in a straight line. When i returned with my complaint he said it was sold as is and i am to fat for it. I am a single mother of two kids and i only am 145 lbs. I am now out $over $2000 and have a defective bike. Warning I got really stung by these guys.I too purchased an E Scooter from CITY E CYCLES for my niece on her birthday,I was lured in by the advertisment of No License No Insurance No Gas required and a low advertised price that almost doubled with there assembly fees and tax's,But I wanted my niece Amy to be safe so ill spare no expense on assembly and pay there "certified tech" to do there PDI. This is when things go wrong,As my niece Amy pulls out of the CITY E CYCLES  parking lot (I wanted to see her off as this is a VERY SHODDY area) Her rear wheel falls rite off and she wipes out hurting her leg banging her head and pretty much destroying this "brand new" E scooter and the helmet she was givin cracked rite in half! I couldnt believe it,these brand new goods just destroyed in seconds!! After collecting my niece & performing 1st aid . I grabbed the pile of E scooter parts and went back in the store demanding a refund and was verbally attacked by the shop sales staff they  M said "you must have been stunting on it" I told them no it was seconds after rolling calmly out of your parking lot,at that point I was asked to leave and then told to leave so I did,This whole ordeal not only chipped poor Amy's knee but wrecked her birthday. I could smell marijuanna smoke coming from there shop area but I brushed it off,I am sure conditions like that are not good for doing mechanical type work.
