Great store if you want crap first sold me defective scooter that caught on fire.Now they say on their website it says they have a full service repair shop and asked if they can fix my scooter and they can not and will not cover any warranty. Said I was a dirty Hindu and I broke it.

Bought a scooter from cit-e-cycle and it only lasted two weeks before breaking down. The electrical wires melted together and the harness melted. Brought it back and they will not even cover this under warranty. Motorino model paid huge money and it is a piece of garbage. Said it was my fault.what a load of garbage. I was stung with this lemon scooter Mark sold me. Warning never ever go to cit-e cycles in Surrey they are really bad people. Pass this on to all your friends spread the word these guys are the worst ripping of an old retired man like me. Dam it I used all my savings for this garbage bike and look no warranty and was told to suck it up and quit crying by the owner of City-E Cycle. Very poor shop to deal with.

Bought a Ebike from cit-e cycles in Surrey.A motorino model.What a joke the electric motor stopped working after 2 days of driving.When I returned to get it checked out and under warranty this guy Mark told me I must have driven it hard.What a joke.When I wanted to see the manager **** and he told me to leave and forced me out of the store while pointing a can of bear mace at me.Told me that I was a dumb raghead hindu and swore at me.Told me to go cry to some one that cares.And said all hindus are scammers and dumb. Told me warranty would not cover the damage.Do not trust these guys.Brought the ebike into an other dealer and they told me the was not wired up properly and the whole bike was poorly assembled.What ever $300 later I am on the road.Also found out it was a factory refurbished model that was damaged and shipped to B.C.Every thing you was told about this place & the sales people is true here.These guys are the worst.MARK is a criminal....truly a low life scum bag.

Now this guy calls us and starts harassing us day and night making threats to hurt us if we put in a complaint.Cit-E-Cycles sold me a defective Motorino scooter.First of all it was not a 2012 it was a 2010 model he lied to us.Next it could not climb a hill at all.Finally the battery box started smelling like acid and over heated.We called and he said that since we had it for 20 days he would not cover any warranty on batteries or the charger.He also said the 2012 models where built in Oct 2010 what a joke.He would not give us any money returned and would not fix it.I brought it to an other dealer and they fixed all our problems.I recommend never shopping or buying any electric scooter off of Cit-e Cycles.P.S. he also pushed us into getting cash what a rip off at Cit -E Cycles in Surrey.(604) 584-7995.

I had a very negative experience with this company.Around two months ago I purchased a electric scooter from them,I payed with a credit card and also purchased the extended warranty.What happens next is unbelievable,the following day I get a call from my credit card company asking me about some unauthorized purchases,I told the CC company I was currently at work and not out shopping,it turns out,the sales person that I dealt with that day,he double swiped my credit card.I was informed by my CC company,the person tried to make a large purchase on some goods that seemed odd,so it set off a red flag to the CC company.It was determined that it was City-e cycle that double swiped my credit card(there is video footage of the person I dealt with caught on camera in the store trying to make the purchase),due to the fact I did not use my credit card after my purchase with them,so it could not have been any other establishment that did this.They are currently being investigated by my CC company for fraud and I have also filed a complaint on them to the BBB.I cannot stop anyone from dealing with them,but I can surely warn others about this very shady business. Mark moore is a scum sucking pig.

I would just like to say that first of all not everything that is posted that has something negative to say about your so called business is posted by your competition ! Just because someone has a true and valid complaint does not automatically turn it into your competition trying to give you a bad name ! You have no problem doing that all on your own !
