(519) 570-9131 called Sunday morning around 8am. I just hang up as they sounded suspicious.

I have gotten two just today from (519) 570-9131. and i also got the number is out of service... but when they called back i got someone on the line ... but they "couldn't hear me" so the line disconnected. also i am on the National do not call list.. so no one should be calling me from Telemarketers...

(519) 570-9131 called and some chinese or asian speaking broad (could barely understand her was blabbering about some product and company...listened and got frustrated and hung up.

I got a call last night 1 a.m. from (519) 570-9131.  sounded like a male teen ager - but he knew my first name...and the street I live on.  shall I say it freaked me out slightly - I will call the cops today.

This number is an automatic relay station managed by Bell Canada but only used to allow VoIP calls to link through to the southern Ontario telephone network, both fixed line and mobile.

Bell have no control over what routes through it, from Skype to Vonage to ACN. Whoever calls - and a number of telemarketing companies do use VoIP these days - cannot be easily traced

I get the same calls as everyone else.The number is used by companies or people who use V.O.I.P. ( Voice over internet Protocol). Vonage, distributel, etc....Some Voip long distance calls have to use a relay number designated by bell canada, for VOIP customers. Since telemarketer's preffer to use VOIP, due to cheap rates or free rates, that's why you see the (519) 570-9191 or (519) 570-4223. These number's are Canadian Radio and Television Corporation designated number's to be able to use regular phone lines.Trouble is you can't block the number because you may have relatives calling long distance and their company uses voip for long distance. So then you wouldn't be able to talk to relatives...Well screwed if you do and screwed if you don't!!!
