(519) 570-9131 called Sunday morning around 8am. I just hang up as they sounded suspicious.

Been receiving no response calls from this number 2-3 times per day over the past week.Got one this morning finally got a real person. Damian was doing Liberal campaign calling for the upcoming election, so this must be some kind of proxy number used by many call centers for the 519 area code. Asked to have my name and number removed from their list and the guy hung up on me.

Received a call from this number mid-day today.  Unlike other callers, I did hear a person on the other end, but the connection was really bad and I had to ask them to speak up 4 times before I could hear who they were looking for.  I finally understood them to be asking for Mr or Mrs xxxx, which sounded like it might have been a mis-pronunciation of my easy-to-pronounce last name.  So, definitely a solicitor.  He finally hung up on me 'cause I asked where he was calling from.  I think this number is being used as a relay, whereby overseas call centres can route their calls through what appears to be a local number.

I received a call from this number this morning. My daughter answered. It was this guy that I had met on the internet. He said that he was calling from Scotland. Maybe this number is a line that a phone company uses for a long distance call. I've had those before. Or maybe this guy is in jail. Who knows.

we've been also getting these annoying calls from (519) 570-9131 for a couple of weeks and tere is nobody on the other end!

This number is an automatic relay station managed by Bell Canada but only used to allow VoIP calls to link through to the southern Ontario telephone network, both fixed line and mobile.Bell have no control over what routes through it, from Skype to Vonage to ACN. Whoever calls - and a number of telemarketing companies do use VoIP these days - cannot be easily traced

This number called us last night and it was a "FIDO Investigator"...because someone fraudulantly created 2 cell numbers under my husbands information.

I thought it was a FRAUDULANT NUMBER but my husband is confident that it isn't a sketchy number because the caller asked him information that the people who stole his wallet would already have or have easy access to (ie postal code and dob)
