Have been billed through our phone courier for the cost of a call that we do not know about and it seems that the phone courier cannot or will not do anything about it even it's been billed by them.

(514) 764-3921 is the marketing division of  "Hello Pages "  who scam you into advertising on their web site.  The scam consists of them saying " Hello Pages " which sounds like YELLOW Pages .

UpdateCalled Telus back and told them about my conversation with Rusty.  Based on info provided they cancel charge for June 2012 billing for $49.95.Agent I got to talk to was lady named Joe.  She said she handled 3 calls about this company so I passed on the phone number I have 1-+1 855-248-1106, so Telus can pass it on to other customers to deal with their bills.Then I called Rusty back - funny - she was the one who answered - to me it looks like she is the only one handling these calls.I told her, that I had the current charge taken of the Telus phone bill, so ONLINE HELLO PAGES OWES ME $49,95 for month of May ONLY.She said she will adjust this charge and mail me check for this amount.

I too received a charge on my phone bill for $56.44 so I called Bell Canada to dispute the charge.  My Bell Canada bill indicated that I accepted a  P4E  "collect & person to person" call from  QC (514) 765-3921 . Bell gave me the number of the offending company's financial department who issued a refund cheque BUT ONLY BECAUSE I COMPLAINED WITHIN THE 30 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT with "Hello Pages" .  The number of the financial department of Hello Pages is:  1 +1 888-985-2233 .     Make sure that you tell them you want to cancel their service completely....or they will bill you again NEXT MONTH .     They told me that I will receive a cheque for $49.95 within 15 days and the HST was collected by Bell Canada so I am going to call Bell again to get that charge cancelled.

This number called my place of business after our business hours and our office answering machine answered the call but there was no message etc left.
The next phone bill I received showed a charge for $49.95 + GST charged to my phone account

This is clearly a scam and the people9s) behind it are literally stealing money under fraudulent conditions

Can anyone tell me what can be done to stop this?
How do I get this fee removed from my bill .
How do I prevent it in the future???

I just noticed this charge on my July Telus bill from (514) 764-3921 for $49.95 Person to Person on a Saturday.  So, I did an online search of the number and came up with this site and everyone's comments.

I immediately called Telus, while I waited on hold I decided I should check my previous bills and sure enough I had another charge that I had missed on my last months statement.  When I talked to the Telus representative she knew the number and said they were aware of Hello Pages and they were being investigated.  

Telus kindly reversed the 2 charges.  She said to watch to see if we get anymore charges from that number call back to Telus at 1-+1 888-811-2828 and have the number "Blocked".
