Received a check from PCH contact representative Mr Richard Banks before depositing the check +1 888-715-6655 ext 1 and contact IRS AGENT Mr Harvey Armstrong (514) 699-2389. It is a scam. The check look real. When I google the phone number i saw these reports against the clowns. It is a shame they would take a nationally reliable company name and send out scam letters and checks.
