These have been calling me 2-3 times a day for the last 2 weeks, never leaving a message, so I decided not to answer. I filed a complaint to the CRTC, but unfortunately it seems that polling firms are excluded from the DNCL list. ARGH!
 

Concerened

I agree with others that it is harassment.  Got to be some way to stop these  bastards.
