This number appears 15 times on my call display over the past three days.  No name is attached and so I do not answer.  This is harassment.

I have to agree with the comments.. here i also am getting this number, but why are the phone companys not doing anything.?? i use telus.. they just dont seem to give a s***, about the people paying the bill..

This number and others call my home all the time..never identifying themselves with a name so it will never be answered. I agree with the comment above that this is harassment. Everyone should be forced to supply their identity.

The call is from Montreal area and includes a French version of the question/survey: If you have a child, under the age of 16, in the home and your family income is $38,000 or less, press '1'. If you do not, press '2'.
Who wants to know?  I rang the number and left a message for them to call me back and tell me who they are. No response.

I got a call from this number yesterday, and call display said Unknown name.  Today they phoned at the exact same time, and call display said Echo Inc.
