Actually as an operator of a VOIP business the explanation used by apex as to them running a internet phone line is likely true even if they are based in texas. I run a voip switch and it is a fact when the user or voip company is not passing caller id the local switch which in this case is a gateway located in canada then the telephone central office will assign a local number or use the number of the trunk that is making the internet to landline phone call. So they are probably not avoiding US taxes or even doing anything illegal other then the fact that they are not passing a US based caller ID to the canadian central office which is not a crime. This company is more then likely a telemarketing firm or collection agency.

APEX ADRESS IS 1305 NW 11TH AVE  AMARILLO TEXAS 79107 AND THEY USE A VILLAGE BANK ACCOUNT TO MAKE THIS FRAUD CALL VILLAGE BANK. AND FBI IC3 THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS. THEY HAVE ANOTHER ADRESS APEX 1305 NW 9TH  AMARILLO TEXAS 79107. TAKE THEM WITH A POLICE  DEPARTMENT. I LIVE OUT OF US THAT WHY I CANT.

Like everyone else here I to am getting these calls. After answering & asking them to stop calling I received 14 calls from them in about an hours time...2 more as I type this!!

They called me today at 8:30 PM saying something that I had been selected to win something.... Man with mid-eastern accent. I said him I did not want that offer and he hanged up.

Doesn't matter that my cell is on a do not list - they call anyway.  I've told them not to call - they call anyway.On the first call they were 'Platinum Services'

it's so frustrating receiving unsolicited calls even at odd hours of the day. They just called my wife to let her know she was selected to receive some package and they need her account info. I'm not a fool. Identtity theft can be protected when you are not too curious. I simply added the number to my block list
