I ordered on-line a free sample of "America's #1 Anti-aging pills" "Vitalrezv", Resveratrol 100 mg. It was a free trial offer, I gave my address and they asked for my credit card # to pay for the shipping of $5.95 us. I recieved the bottle of 30 pills approx. two weeks later, I started taking the pills (one a day) right away. I had only taken 9 pills, when I get this e-mail from Super-Life products customer service (paulbundt @ gm.com), thanking me for my purchase, since I did'nt e-mail them to tell them that I was dis-satisfied after 15 days, they were now going to charge my visa for $79.95 usd. I immediately e-mailed them telling them that I didn't know anything about that and that I was led to believe that it was a free trial offer, and if only 15 pills were free, why didn't they send me only 15. Also I told them that I only took 9 pills @ one a day from the time I had recieved them. I also asked them for their address so that I could send them the unused portion of the bottle of pills(21). I told them not to charge my visa.
Of course I didn't get any response from them, I them e-mailed them three other e-mails telling them to remove the authorization from my visa. I spoke to visa, they are aware and they advised me to do what I did. They will dispute this with the company, if they can reach them.  
I am very angry about this. I need my money.

Report with the Better business bureau in the USA- www.bbb.org - more voices, they will pay more attention.
Apparently- if you have not received the product in 30days, credit card companies can dispute the amount under goods not received. Send a cancellation email on all orders and future orders to cover your side and keep that email as proof. In the meantime, call your credit card companies beforehand to alert them so that when you call back 30days later, they have a note of your call to pursue the matter. Other than that, i guess unless you are a super hacker who can gain justice for the rest of us victims, there is not much of a way to get these scammers.
