Same thing happened to me. The number called my cell phone, it said it was a Quebec number but I know no one in PQ who has my cell number. When I called it back from my home phone the recording I got says number not in service.

I did receive the call from the same number. I took and said hello but no voice on the other side and was quite and silent and other end was disconnected.
should be a spam.... cautious

I got a call twice from (514) 420-2387.  The first time they hung up on me.  The second time a man said he was calling from Bell Mobility and asked to call at a 1-800 number.

Just received all call from this number, the call display said Quebec.
I have no idea who this is, nor did I answer it.

I just get a call from this number and it was not in service so i called bell mobility and they told me it wasn't a phone number from bell
