uh, got a call from uh well, they said they want to lower interest rates about oh uh what was it now? uh, they called about half an hour ago, uh, uh uh huh

Just got a call from (506) 227-4563 (per Caller I.D.). ?Message said something about this was their final call and it was about my car warranty, which is dumb since both my cars are old and both warranties have long expired.  They said to stay on the line for a rep. which I decided to do for the moment thinking that I would tell them they are calling illegally since they are obviously telemarketers and I am on the "Do Not Call" list.  With no response after 45 seconds I hung up.  This is obviously a scam, a telemarketer, an illegal operation.  Calling from Canada, I guess they don't have to honor the USA's "Do Not Call" list --- sure gives Canada a bad reputation...

calls about 2x per week--last chance to lower interest rates on credit card

I got a call from that number; he said it was a company called "Card Services" in Florida. He wants to lower my interest rate on all my credit cards.

On 3/11/2009, at 5:25pm, I received a recorded phone message, it stated that my car warranty was about to expire and to press #1 for an agent, I pressed #1 and the agent automatically stated, "What is the make and model of your vehicle?" I then asked why were they calling me, my number is unlisted and I'm on the no-call list, the agent did not say anything, I asked more questions but he would not talk but I could hear him breathing on the line, I then hung up after he would not answer me. I then dialed the number from the caller id and there is a recording that states; "3M2 the number is not in service" then a busy signal.

I have received past phone calls from the same telemarketing business, I asked to be removed from their auto dialer list and they stated they would do so, but I'm finding out they haven't. I've submitted a complaint to the KS Atty General because they've been calling every other month since last year.

Lower my interest rates. Spoke with Sara. Told her I was on the DO NOT CALL list and she said it was OK for them to call because "we got your information from the credit card companies that told us you pay your credit card bill on time."I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov
