On 3/11/2009, at 5:25pm, I received a recorded phone message, it stated that my car warranty was about to expire and to press #1 for an agent, I pressed #1 and the agent automatically stated, "What is the make and model of your vehicle?" I then asked why were they calling me, my number is unlisted and I'm on the no-call list, the agent did not say anything, I asked more questions but he would not talk but I could hear him breathing on the line, I then hung up after he would not answer me. I then dialed the number from the caller id and there is a recording that states; "3M2 the number is not in service" then a busy signal.

I have received past phone calls from the same telemarketing business, I asked to be removed from their auto dialer list and they stated they would do so, but I'm finding out they haven't. I've submitted a complaint to the KS Atty General because they've been calling every other month since last year.

I have received calls from 1-(506) 227-4563 stating to press "1* if I wanted to speak with a rep on lowering my credit card rates.  The first time I pressed "1" and the person could not tell me what credit cards they were referring to.  Not only that, I asked the rep where they received information that I had any credit cards.  They said the credit bureau. The person became beligerent when I would not play their game and they hung up on me.  I am on the "DO NOT CALL LIST".  Since then, I just hang up and am now reporting this breech of phone usage.  This is obviously a scam.

I too received phone calls from these idiots except they were selling lower interest on my credit cards.  Only problem, they couldn't tell me which credit cards they were talking about.  When I told the woman she was violating the do not call list she informed me I was rude and because of that they would call again.
