They called me as well and asked confidential information.  Scam or thief.

My land line was called by this 226-4563 a couple of times today and I did NOT ANSWER.I googled the number and now I am here.These days I do not answer any of my phones UNLESS I recognize the number/caller id.Electronic related fraud is huge and will continue to grow. None of us can stop it. But we can be smart and not get involved...Start by not answering calls unless you know who it is.

I received a call from this number stating that this is my final warning about something or other (I've received this exact same call from them before though).  This time I hit 1 to speak to a representative, and I asked to be removed from their call list.  They hung up on me immediately.Is there somewhere we can report them to?

How do you get these telemarketers to stop calling? I pressed "1" to talk to a person and asked to be put on the "DO NOT CALL" list and they hang up on me!! They won't even tell me what company they work for. Any ideas to get them to stop would be GREATLY appreciated.
