These scammers also use the number (647) 898-8827. The same man will always answer with the foreign accent. Yesterday he called and I hit 1 to talk...as soon as he came online to talk I blew a whistle very loudly in his ear and hung up. I urge everyone to get the loudest whistle and blow it as hard as you can. Maybe even get one of those air cans they use on golf courses...that will hurt there ears. Have no pity on these scumbags. They will steel your eyes and come back later for the sockets.

Same as you others.  I answered, they instantly hang-up.  This is often done, as many of these bogus "call-centres" from India are being paid for the number of calls they make, even if not successful in scamming you.  On their 'called' list print-out at the end of their shift, they just tell the boss that these 2 second phone calls were  to scamee's who hung up on them immediately.The no-call list doesn't seem to have any teeth when scammers from outside the country call you using a VOIP phone, setup to look like a Canadian phone number.

Got a call from this phone number, left it go to the voice mail, they hung up.  I am on the DNC list oo.

Got the call on my call display, googled, came here, blocked the number on my panasonic phone permanently.... gotta love these phones.
