Caller: Canadian Tire Bank recovery services Operator took my number and said it was trying to reach an Andy Leiber, who is not connected to me at all and whom I have never met. This obvious con artist must have had my number in the past or used it in forms back around 2003. It stopped for a while (maybe he was in jail) and now recently I am getting new recovery or collection calls looking for him again. So Andy Leiber or Leber ?
