These guys were calling me from one number (+1 866-469-8365) and I went to their site and had them add me to their Do Not Call list (https://www.forumresearch.com/donotcallFAQ.asp).
They've stopped calling me from that number but have now started calling me from this one, albeit less frequently.
I've told them numerous times to stop calling me and I am not interested in completing their survey, but to no avail.

Calling me daily about a survey about my college. They call from several different phone numbers, and never leave voicemail.

I have a simple message for you Sean....f*** you.I'm not just saying 'f*** you' to be rude (as you might think), but I have a visceral annoyance for ANYONE who demands that I am required (in your own words) "to hear us out and then do what were asking"OMFG ..... the arrogance of you people. And here's another F*** YOU to the company you work for based on your comment "If you don't answer were required to call back"....any company that REQUIRES you to be annoying by default makes you even that much more ANNOYING."If your really rude they might call you back for entertainment purposes." Well, I'm pretty sure you know what I'm going to say to that, right? F*** YOU. I would suggest you change the 'requirements' to LEAVING A MESSAGE on the answering machine. Maybe then, and I mean just maybe, if you call back again and I know from your earlier message why you are calling, I just MIGHT answer the phone. But rest assured, if I did answer the phone, it would definately be only FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES only. You moron.......

You can block them with a call blocker:-Uniden DECT 6.0 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.-Panasonic DECT 6.0/6.0 PLUS blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once. You can pick one up at XS Cargo(most are refurbished) or you can try BEST BUY/FUTURE SHOP. Sometime they got "open box" items. If you take the call, ask the name of the caller, mark down time & date of the call. Then ask them not to call again or put you number into their "No Call List". If the caller call you again, you can file a complaint to :"https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/pfac-fcca-eng"
