I just used the "online chat option" with www.bell.ca and the only option that seems to be of any use to people with American phone numbers is the website: http://www.crtc.gc.ca/RapidsCCM/Register.asp?lang=E  which is the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission website.  You have to go though 5 steps, and for my "province" I chose "other" and it let me continue to file my complaint online.

In the same boat where getting calls from (416) 947-0000 and either nobody will speak or today a female asked for my wife and before telling them that she was not home, I asked who was calling and she gave a first name only. I asked who she was with and she stated a charity. I told her that we keep getting calls each day and to stop calling. She told me that she has not called before, so I yelled at her that we keep getting calls from the umber she is calling from each day and to take our number off their list........we will see!!!

calls in the middle of the night never answer. dead air. called back from pay phone finnaly got answer wanted donation for police fund, told them i would gladly donate if they gave me an address where i could send money (check) because i did not have credit cards.  guess what?  click! dead air.  i am retired, if i get an address guess i'll just get on my scooter and make a trip.  introduce some one to my louisville bat.  might be fun, i need a vacation, got all the time i need and some money too.  might even take misters colt, ruger or smith & wesson got places on my bike where only x-ray would detect one of them.  might even make this a business, rid the world of unwanted a***oles u know. so keep calling i'll find you. 416-947-000

I too live in AK and I also get many calls from these a-holes. Twice they've claimed to be the AK State Troopers asking for donated money. I told them I didn't have any and to quit calling. They called back in an hour and asked my mom for money. Now they just call and hang up all the time. I wish they'd stay on the phone long enough for me to really tell them how I feel.
