Just got a call but complete silence and hung up

The following is an hypothesis:

If you received a call from (416) 907-0582,
an talked without hearing any voice (hello would suffice), then you will likely to receive another call in the next 15 minutes from a local phone number with a further marketing call this time an actual person talks to you.

I wonder if one don't talk without hearing any voice, would the number (416) 907-0582) keep calling?

I keep receiving a call from this number and this time when I picked up they say they are calling from Bell Canada, when I said what is it regarding there is silence on the phone. It is really annoying, I will be reporting it to Bell Canada

Bell Canada offering a free Samsung Link cell phone with a $25 plan - Likely from an overseas call centre - The guy didn't know what I meant when I asked what time "evenings" started at . Very pushy.So much for the stupid Do Not Call List...

using their phone service, sooner Iristel will tire of the complaints and pull the plug.

Third world mushmouth losers whining for Sunlife.  Is a scam.  Telephone service should be disconnected to third world countries.  No one is interested in what they have to say anyway.
