I just got two calls from the number (416) 847-1151 today.  I also get the annoying beep.  The "do not cal" registry obviously didn't work.  I've called the number suggested for Joe Oliva and I've left a message for him to remove my number from the call list or else I'm calling the police.  I've also registered a "call trace" using *57.

I have gotten the calls on a NEW phone number, and done the *57 call trace to allow the police to find them.  Unfortunately this is legally NOT harassment in Canada, according to the police constable who came by to see me about this today.  Irritating yes, but not legally harassment.  Now as to who this is and what they want, scams are plentiful, and I am not willing to call them and give any personal information.What you can do is *60 to block the listed call displayed number, or *77 to block a number that is not showing up on your telephone call display.

(416) 252-6200 is no longer in service so that's a dead-end unfortunately. Apparently dialling back the fax, hitting the digit they prompt you with the 00151 and your number should remove you from their list. 5 Minutes, so far so good

Anyone live close to their office location to pay them a "visit". If I lived in Toronto I would love to go over there and have a little "talk" with these jerk offs.
