Anyone live close to their office location to pay them a "visit". If I lived in Toronto I would love to go over there and have a little "talk" with these jerk offs.

I called and used 00151.  The message said my number would be removed.  I hope it really is.  The beeping is driving me crazy.  Three calls in a row then a few weeks go by and another three calls in a row.  Thanks to who ever figured out the 00151.

These people have been faxing me to phone number for about 2 months now.  I just tried someone's suggestion of calling (416) 847-1151 and entering 001151 at the prompt but the message tells me that I've entered an "invalid extension number."Annoying!!!!!!!

(416) 252-6200 is no longer in service so that's a dead-end unfortunately. Apparently dialling back the fax, hitting the digit they prompt you with the 00151 and your number should remove you from their list. 5 Minutes, so far so good

This has to be the worst case of a fax spammer calling non-fax numbers that I've ever seen! For those of you who are actually getting fax spam on your machine from this number I suggest you go after the actual company that is doing the advertising. We've had garbage fax ads from companies like Bath Fitter in Ontario and some little printer ink cartridge seller in BC sending us fax spam in the past (we are hundreds or thousands of miles away!!) and even if they were right next door to us I would NEVER buy from a company that uses fax spam as a method of advertising!! I NEVER call their removal lines... I call the MANAGER using their 800 numbers and tell them to get their fax spammer to immediately remove our number. I also ask them for the name of the spam company they use but depending who you talk to they might not know. So far this has worked very well. If we ever get another fax from anyone we tell to STOP I will simply organize a group of people and have them swamp their 800 number with bogus phone calls from pay phones which will cost them many dollars and tie up a lot of their people with useless, costly calls.Here are some more fax machine tips:- We put our fax on a timer so it's only on during business hours. If we get spam during the day it is usually very easy to identify and we simply hit the CANCEL button before the fax comes through. If the owner here wasn't such a computer illiterate I would boot this stupid fax machine out the 10th floor window and never get another one!- If possible, buy a fax machine with a display screen that stores faxes in the memory first rather than printing them right away. That way you can preview and DELETE the fax spam before it prints.- Get a fax-to-email service from your phone provider. Any faxes sent to the number are converted to email - no wasted paper or tying up your fax line! There are also FREE services on the internet that allow you to have fax-to-email account. The only drawback is you will need a fax machine to SEND faxes yourself from your own phone line, or you have to be computer literate enough to use a scanner and know how to convert documents to PDF format so they can be emailed and opened by most people.Lastly, this is a notice to anyone who thinks fax spam advertising is a good way of promoting your products or services: YOU ARE IDIOTS, MORONS AND COMPLETE AND UTTER DUMBF**KS!!!
