The same thing happened to me today and I'm trying to research them.  It sounds suspicous to me too they told me I've won a prize and I should come into their office to claim one of my prize.

They called to tell me I won a prize.? They said their company was NGC and they were working on behalf of Marriott hotels.

The left an address of:

Woodbridge, ON
they want me to come with a spouse to theis office to claim it. Sounds suspicious. Anyone else with info? Investigate this before you proceed. Looks like fraud or sales.

same scenario as john; do not give them any info., more than likely it's a scam. this is a quote from the web "The only way to reach the real grant center office is by picking up your telephone and calling them yourself."

Just got a call from this number phishing for my credit card info, claiming to be from my bank. Guy with heavy Indian accent said his name was Victor Jones, calling from head office. I gave him nothing but I phoned the bank. The bank disavows any knowledge of this guy or his activity.

It's amazing that this phone number is still active and these chaps are still scamming.
