complaint calling ongoing non stop

This has been going on for months now. I get a call from this guy about getting my ducts cleaned I tell him not interested and politely ask him take me off his list. within a week he calls again telling he is from Micro soft  telling me I have errors on my Computer. I know this scam and tell him so. Figured that's it won't hear from him again. Wrong following week he calls again telling me about his great deal on duck cleaning (SAME GUY) .I  tell him to finally #$%^ off don't call again. But in less than a week he calls me again about the @#$%^& ducts.I don't know what else to do to stop the phone calls, he got to know I don't plan to ever do business with them so whats the point of the calls?What can I do to stop these harassing  calls

We have also been harrassed by the same number and same MO, I had police here the other night but don't expect much to be done,,,

I believe that this is more then just a phone call scam.  My wife recieved a phone call from this number but did not pick it up.  Later that day, two men came to the house (Knocking very loudly)  They were claiming they were here to fix our roof.  When she told them we didn't know anything about this, they said they would check their paperwork and walked away.  They did not go back into any van, have a ladder, or any form of identification.  I can't say for sure, but I fear that the phone call might be a test to see if people are home before they make an attempt to break in.  We have since reported these people to the police.

Air duct cleaning service. I asked them for the company name and they said Air Duct Cleaning Service Limited. How original. They said they are in Toronto. Once I started questioning them on their address and phone number he got very defensive asking why I want to know.?????????????? Really? I would like to know who the hell will be coming to my house. Then he hung up on me. When I tried calling the number, it is a busy signal.
