(416) 646-8789 calls but never leaves a message.very strange

receiving calls much frequently, sometimes more than three times a day,  messages left are not same always. rather being enrolled for donot call phone list still get calls. getting used to igmoring such calls

Got this call to our office. It's dead air. Do not know who the caller is.

It is the calling for the Toronto Star apparently, something to do with a promotion. I just hung up when it went into their speel when I called the # back...

(416) 646-8789 is the Toronto Star sales department (a marketing subcontractor I believe). To file a complaint call The Star customer service at 1-+1 800-268-9213. Let them know, in no uncertain terms, that their harassment is unacceptable.  If they ever call you again, report them to the RCMP.
